  1. The ISO/TC 20/SC 14/WG2 convenor, Mr. Fred Slane requets to apply the “reference architecture” on to space-based services. The Reference Architecture of Space Data Systems (RASDS) is originally developed for space data systems, rather complex systems. We also think it can be applied to space-based positioning, navigation and timing (PNT) services.

    • Reference architecture is an important concept for GNSS. In particular, connectivity is the most critical aspect in complex systems. It represents not only the characteristics of the system itself, but also the potential for system development.
